Job Description:
As an Office Customer and Sales Support Specialist at TMI, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Social Media Accounts: Create, schedule, and manage content for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers with processing packages, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Package Delivery Coordination: Facilitate the delivery of packages to our partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Sales Support: Assist with online sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing support to the sales team.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle daily office operations, including managing supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Sales Experience: Background in sales, preferably with experience in an online sales environment.
• Education: Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms, office software, and online sales tools is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
